Lastly, I wanted to buy chic pants for work. I found this awesome one at Asos Petite (I’m not changing very often but I absolutely don’t know where I can find pants in my size, except in petites and kids collections!) I love its design, but what I love more is the high waist and the belt we can tight accordingly to our own tastes. For precision, when I ordered it, a few sizes were sold out. I had to take a bigger size than my regular size. It was a little too long and large on the wrist so I made it touched up (about 3 cm on the length and 2 cm on the sides).
In fact, I love items that can be worn both at work during the week and during the weekends to go out. At work, I wear it with lace flat shoes and with Stan Smith during the weekend.
As the pants is large, I paired it with a tight top. Mine is a basic coming from Pimkie and that cost me only 4,99€. Heattech bodys from Princesse Tam Tam would also perfectly fit for colder days.
Concerning the accessories, I wear Les Somethings earrings, a jewellry brand created by the lovely Charlotte (I will talk about these young brand very soon) and my new Céline bag I love.
A few years ago, I would have told you that black and navy blue colors pairing is a fashion faux pas. But as it has become trendy, I think I finished to learn how to like it. However, be careful because all the navy blue shades are not nice paired with black, especially the very dark one.
And to finish, I show you my new glasses from Jimmy Fairly. You rarely see me wearing glasses on the blog but they are part of my daily life.
Have a lovely week, Xxx.
Fashion advice for petites
Currently, short pants and jeans are trendy. It’s not good news for petites (short pants shorten) but if you wear a high waist pants, it’s fine! And as always, wear an opened jacket to add verticality to the outfit.
