I am maybe very thin, but I am a gourmet. As a sugar addict, one of my favorite sweet temptation is macarons. I love classical flavours like vanilla, hazelnut or pistachio but I also like discovering more original flavours. I have recently tested Sadaharu Aoki macarons. Sadaharu Aoki is a Japanese pastry chef who moved to Paris in 1991. He realizes Japanese flavours macarons like matcha tea, genmaicha (puffed rice tea), black sesame, yuzu (Japanese lemon) or wasabi. I advice you matcha tea and black sesame that are both delicious!
